The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

It is alleged that four persons assaulted the victim. Though, the petitioner caused firearm injury with rifle on the head of the victim whereas the other injury was caused by Sujeet Kumar Das.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only one injury has been found on the head of the victim and till date no witness has been examined.

No.28710 of 2014 (6) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 The informant has appeared and filed an affidavit to the effect that he will examine all the witnesses to get the trial concluded within a period of one year. In the circumstances, the present application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year. It is expected from learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya to conclude Sessions Trial No. 483 of 2014 arising out of Belaganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2011 preferably within a period of one year.
