JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14/04/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of pick pocketing the informant. The petitioner was caught on chase and alleged money was recovered.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistraste-1st Class,Gaya in connection with Gaya G.R.P.S.
