JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 03.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 307, 341, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of inflicting torture after eight years of marriage and birth of two children. The informant was assaulted and she received bleeding injuries at the hands of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been reconciled between the parties and a compromise petition has been filed before learned Court below. Moreover the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
