2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. For quashing of the letter contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7780 of 2017(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/3 Memo no.3798 dated 24.09.2016 issued by the Superintendent of Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, Hospital, Bhagalpur (annexed as Annexure-1).

II. For commanding the respondents to pay the recovered amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) along with interest to each of the petitioners.

III. For grant of any other relief/s under which the petitioners found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for their grievance, petitioners have filed representation before the Superintendent of Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, Hospital, Bhagalpur, which is annexed as Annexure-3, but no decision has been taken till date.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that a time may be fixed so that a reasoned and speaking order be passed by the Superintendent of Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, Hospital, Bhagalpur on the petitioners' representation.

5. In the light of the submissions made, it is hereby directed to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Superintendent, Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, Hospital, Bhagalpur (Respondent no.4) within 30 days from

Patna High Court CWJC No.7780 of 2017(3) dt.18-07-2025 3/3 today along with a copy of this order and the Respondent No. 4 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order after granting opportunity of hearing to all concerned, within 90 days from the date of appearance of all the concerned parties.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
