2. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 01.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 485 of 2016, has been complied with, moreso in light of Special Branch Order No. 808 dated 28.08.2019 under the signature of
Patna High Court MJC No.975 of 2018 dt.26-09-2019 2/2 Superintendent of Police (A), Special Branch, Bihar, Patna as contained in Memo No. 3065.
3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
4. The Court would only observe that the authorities are now required to work out the exact amount which is required to be paid to the petitioner, both in terms of the order of the Court dated 01.11.2017 read with order of the authorities dated 28.08.2019, in accordance with law, preferably within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the concerned authorities.
