Petitioner is an accused in connection with Civil Lines (Gaya) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17478 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2019.
Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no further development in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33005 of 2020(3) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 accordingly, rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U T
