The petitioners are languishing in jail since 20.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the Tata Magic vehicle belonging to the petitioners was standing at the main road for carrying the stolen cows.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that vehicle was in the name of their father and it was taken on hire for carrying the good and statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 9 of the petition. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.977 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 petitioners have no criminal antecedent and a\statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.
