The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married to the son of the two petitioners herein. It is stated that the petitioner no.1 informed the informant that her daughter had disappeared and she was not to be found. The informant apprehends that she has been killed by the accused persons along with others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of

Even as per the F.I.R. whereabouts of the daughter of the informant was not known and the information was provided to the informant by the petitioner no.1 himself. Surprisingly, the husband of the informant ie the son of the two petitioners has not been made an accused. They are in custody since 6.1.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. They have no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent and having remained in custody for over 1 year, the Court directs the two petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Guthani P.S. Case no. 78 of 2019 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
