JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19/07/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of dacoity in the house of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that neither there is any recovery nor the petitioner has been put on T.I. parade. Statement to this effect has been made in para 9 of the petition. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an accused in three more cases. Statement to this effect has been made in para 3 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2067 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 10,000./- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No. 30 of 2014. The court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he gets substantially involved in some serious nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
