JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Anup Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56980 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
