2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant's brother-in-law with fists, slaps and pressed his neck causing his death.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the deceased is cousin uncle of the petitioner and there is land dispute between them. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant's brother-in-law with fists, slaps and
