2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Complaint Case No. 809 of 2022 of in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 120 B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51436 of 2024 .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons with similar allegation have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide Annexure P/5 to Annexure P/8 to the bail petition . Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48728 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application .

6. Considering the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons with similar allegation have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court, period of custody and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed . Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - II Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalaon P. S. Case No. 809 of 2022 .
