JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act on the accusation that he opened fire causing firearm injury on the face of the injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards injury report of injured and submitted that the injured sustained simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
