Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused Rameshwar Chaupal the full brother of this petitioner has already been allowed bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 75313 of 2018 vide Annexure 4. There was general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner and specific allegation was against Rameshwar Chaupal to have given farsa blow at the head of the victim. Petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2017.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released

No.31252 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Andhramath Police Station Case No. 20 of 2017 corresponding to S.T. No. 63 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/Banti U T
