2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for reviewing the order passed by (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah as his Lordship then was) on 21 March 2018 in
Patna High Court C. REV. No.88 of 2018(5) dt.01-05-2025 2/3 CWJC No. 5754 of 2016 only to the extent whereby and where under the Hon'ble Judge has directed to lodge a complaint before the competent authority against Mr. Anil Kumar Anal, the then Chief Manager State Bank of India, Chapra Bazar Branch, Chapra as well as Mr. Sudhir Kumar, the Deputy Manager, State Bank of India, Chapra Bazar Branch, Chapra for having stated falsehood on oath in the present proceeding.
3. Learned counsel representing the opposite party no.6 submits that when the petitioner was granted relief inasmuch as the deduction was not struck off, how come the Bank has approached this Court. He has taken this Court to paragraph-21 to submit that the Court has made observation against the two individuals who are not before this Court, instead the Bank has rushed which must be dismissed with cost.
4. Para-21 of the writ Court's order shows that the Court wanted the Registrar General, Patna High Court, Patna to lodge a complaint against the Anil Kumar Anal, then Chief Manager, SBI, Chapra Branch as also Mr. Sudhir Kumar, the then Deputy Manager of the same branch, who are not before
Patna High Court C. REV. No.88 of 2018(5) dt.01-05-2025 3/3 this Court. The point raised by the opposite party no.6-petitioner has been taken by this Court.
5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for the withdrawal of the petition.
