JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. As per direction of this Court, petitioner produced draft for Rs.1,25,000/- raised in the name of SDJM, Jehanabad but he refused to accept the same on the ground that there is no head in the name of SDJM to keep such amount and directed to prepare the draft in the name of informant and make the payment. This Court while giving direction is not of the view that the money should go to the informant, because it is subject matter of dispute and will be released to the person concerned after the trial.

In such view of the matter, direction of the SDJM to the petitioner is not acceptable to this Court but he may ask the petitioner to bring the draft in proper head where the money can

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51582 of 2014 (4) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 be deposited and the same may also be invested in such a scheme so that it may earn the maximum interest.

Subject to such deposit, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21st January 2015 is hereby confirmed.
