Taking into consideration that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court taking note of this fact that it was petitioner, who cut the neck of the deceased and, therefore, I am not inclined to released the petitioner on bail, hence his prayer for bail in connection with SC/ST Session trial no. 11 of 2015 arising out of Kothi P.S.Case No. 39 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, SC/ST, Gaya stands rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
