JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06/ 23-09-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 466 of 2013 arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 469 of 2012 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of stabbing his own brother who succumbed to the injury. Learned APP produced the letter of Superintendent of Police, Saran, let it be kept on record, which reflects that out of seven prosecution witnesses six have been examined and only Dr. Arun Kumar Singh is expected to be examined on 01.10.2015, the next date fixed in the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the witnesses have not supported the prosecution

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30757 of 2014 (06) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 case.

Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

Let learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra take all efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously without giving undue adjournment.
