The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 89 of 2002 registered under Sections 364(A) and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner remained absconded and he declared absconder on 15.09.2012 and charge sheet submitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner and petitioner had gone to Assam for his livelihood. It is further submitted that other coaccused person has been granted bail by this Court and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochaha P. S. Case No. 89 of 2002, Sessions Trial No. 88 of 2006, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and
