Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present application on behalf of the petitioner: "That by this writ application, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus to the concerned respondents of the State Government to protect his life and liberty from the private respondents who has been regularly obstructing in constructing the house of the petitioner upon the land which was purchased by the petitioner through sale deed dated 16-6-2010 bearing Khata No. 363/52 Khesera No. 964/4599(old), Khata No. 997 Kheshera No. 820/6745 (New) measuring 15 dhoor, and/or any other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Patna High Court CWJC No.9655 of 2017(3) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 Considering the relief sought for, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before respondent no. 2 (the Collector, Madhubani) within a period of 30 days from today. The Respondent no. 2 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
