The petitioner seeks bail in Kashichak P.S. Case No.73 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made to have kidnapped nine years old child. The petitioner was arrested in connection with Arms Act and thereafter he made confessional statement for involvement of kidnapping of the said boy. During investigation it transpires that they have killed the said boy and threw the dead body in the Ganga river.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the court below is
