2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.8099 of 2026(2) dt.17-06-2026 2/2 having an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the DRT, Patna, under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the DRT, Patna, if he is so advised.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
