JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.01.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Except criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against him and moreover, co-accused, Rishi Jha @ Rishikesh Jha, in whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner came in this case, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 25.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37147 of 2013. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.1487 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2012.
