JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners, are in jail custody since 12.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,417,148,149,323,324,427,379,504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It would appear from perusal of the first information report that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Moreover, the petitioners are said to be order giver and it is other accused who assaulted the informant as well as other injured persons of this case.

No.7125 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015.
