Misc. 50880 of 2014 that instead of his father who is no more alive, his elder brother namely, Govind Ji, may be permitted to be one of the bailors. Let condition (i) of the order dated 19.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 50880 of 2014 be modified to the extent that in place of father of the Petitioner No. 4, it be read as brother of the Petitioner No. 4 namely, Govind Ji.

The modification application is allowed.
