JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for grant of arms license to the petitioner, however, during the interregnum period, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent-State that the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected by the District Arms Magistrate, Muzaffarpur by an order dated 27.06.2019. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate appeal challenging the aforesaid order dated 27.06.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.
