UP57AK6372, Chassis no. MD634BE44J2B02766, Engine no. BE4BJ2702462 was stolen, regarding which, the petitioner had lodged an F.I.R.. While investigation in this case was going on, he was informed by the concerned police that his motorcycle became subject matter in a case, relating to Chautarwa P.S. Case No.80 of 2019, registered

Patna High Court CWJC No.11254 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and, thereafter, he has approached this Court for release of his vehicle.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ petition, so that he may avail appropriate remedy before the concerned court/authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
