Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing of the order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani in Maintenance case No. 161/2023 (case no. M.R. No. 161 of 2023) by which the learned court has passed the impugned order and awarded total maintenance amount Rs. 11,000/- per month.
