Be that as it may, in the present petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ direction/ order for commanding the respondent concerned to remove encroachment from public road and footpath under the area of Patna Municipal Corporation particularly the road and footpath surrounding the Patna High Court.
ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ direction/ order for commanding the respondent concerned to ensure the absolute compliance of various orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court, Patna in cases relating to removal of encroachment of public road & foothpath.
(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner that if any subsisting grievance in that regard, the petitioner may approach the concerned authority by submitting representation/application, if any and the concerned authority shall pass speaking order on such material and communicate the same within a reasonable period of three months.
