JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Neither petitioner was caught in the concerned Bank nor the stolen money was recovered from his conscious possession and it is alleged that when the informant along with police started searching the culprits, petitioner was caught near a chowk and from his possession, some plain papers, Rs. 500/- cash and a mobile phone were recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town
