JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2024 The present petition has been preferred for quashing the order dated 17.06.2017 and order dated 29.05.2017 whereby the petitioner was terminated from his service of Panchayat Teacher, Primary School, Galim Yadav Tola Tikarampur, Mufassil, Munger.

2. In view of the nature of prayer made in the present petition, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Munger. If such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Appellate Authority shall consider the same on its own merit and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a reasonable time frame.

3. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
