Mr.Rajendra Nath Jha, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.476 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1b), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.12.2018. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the arms was kept beneath the seat of the car.

Learned counsel further submits that in similar circumstance other co-accused, namely, Shabana Khatton has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. No.28861 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34166 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 2019 vide order dated 01.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and in similar circumstance other coaccused, namely, Shabana Khatton has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. No.28861 of 2019 vide order dated 01.05.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.476 of 2018.
