The same is accepted and placed on record.

2. Caveat and objection have been filed by NRs. 2, 3 and 4 respectively which are allowed and the Test Case is converted into Test Suit. The NR Nos. 2, 3 and 4 are arrayed as defendant nos. 1, 2 and 3 to the Suit and their objection are treated as written statement in the Suit.
