Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is father of the deceased and is in custody in connection with Sarairanjan ( Ghatho) P.S. Case no.63 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code was added, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased was drunkard and since the petitioner had restrained from drinking, he committed suicide. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7159 of 2016 (3) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 prayer for bail. He submits that before the occurrence, the petitioner had abused the deceased and, thereafter, the deceased had committed suicide.
In view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Prayag Rauat be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial MagistrateVI, Samastiput/concerned court in connection with Sarairanjan (Ghatho)P.S.Case no.63/2015.
