Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 192/2017, instituted for offence under Section(s) 413, 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that on getting confidential information, informant/ SHO of Sugauli P.S. intercepted two persons, namely, Sachin Kumar and Akash Kumar Gupta, who were roaming on motorcycle. The police recovered a master key from their possession. They failed to

They further disclosed that a stolen motorcycle is kept in the house of petitioner. Thereafter police raided the house of petitioner and recovered one motorcycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. There is no signature of petitioner or his family members on the seizure-list.
Petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 192/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
