The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the victim being the Mahanth of Ram Janaki Temple was taken by the accused persons including the petitioner one day prior to the occurrence and he was forced to put his thumb impression upon some paper and on refusal he was abused and assaulted. Subsequently on next day the victim was found hanging with the ceiling in one of the rooms. Hence, the suspicion was raised against the petitioner and considering the suspicious nature of accusation other co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2061 of 2015 (02) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 46946 of 2013, 10270 of 2014 and 9385 of 2014.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 71 of 2013.
