Taking into consideration that three country made loaded pistols and live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who carries criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga stands rejected.

However, learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
