JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the balance amount of outstanding salary of the petitioner has been paid, but due to some mistake in the calculation chart, some amounts are still to be paid, hence, the petitioner be granted liberty to seek redressal of his grievances before the concerned authority.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
