This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 875 of 2022 registered under section 25(1-b)26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one magazine and two cartridges. He also submits that the petitioner is accused in a Hazipur Town P.S. Case No. 836 of 2022 also the petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the submission made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34823 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 875 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Lalganj police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
