Petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 218 of 2013 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Sanjiv Sangahi named the petitioner and other accused persons. Rajo Sangahi the petitioner is said to have assaulted with Khanti on head of the informant. After CT scan of the brain right zygomatic bone was found to be fractured. It is submitted that there is a case and counter case. The informant and petitioner are agnates and the occurrence took place on account of partition of lands. There is no repetition of blow. Having considered that fact that only one blow was given to the informant and on account of fracture of Zygomatic bone , the injury was found to be grievous and the petitioner is

No.1807 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 in jail since 23.09.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Parbatta P.S. Case no. 218/2013.
