2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is said to have given dagger blow in the abdomen of the injured whereafter injured was also operated upon in S.K.M.C.H., Muzaffarpur. The occurrence is said to have taken place after refusal of the injured to pay the extortion amount. Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.08.2014, as such, the court below itself may consider and grant bail to the petitioner after he completes nine months in jail custody.
