The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 364/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that son of informant had gone to Begusarai with Ajay Kumar to see bride for the brother of Ajay Kumar. While they were returning and reached near Machharhatta Begusarai by bike, some unknown persons made firing, which hit on the head of son of informant from back due to which he fell down sustaining injury. Ajay Kumar was driving the bike. Son of informant was taken to Sadar Hospital, Begusarai. Subsequently he died during course of treatment.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 364/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
