The informant Lalan Mandal named eight accused persons including the petitioners Anandi Mahto, Uchit Mahto and Gore Lal Mahto, Madan Mahto, Subodh Mahto, Ranjit Mahto Mahendra Mahto and Bholi Mahto and alleged that when his nephew Gopal Mandal after taking water in the buket went to the filed of Adhin Mahto , Subodh and Ranjeet fired on the chest and in the left shoulder of Gopal Mandal . The accused persons fled away after making fire.

It is submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioners. The informant has made very specific allegation of firing against Subodh Mahto and Ranjeet Mahto.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1782 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 Considering the fact that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
