Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s) :- "That this is an application for issuance of mandamus or appropriate writ/writs for direction to release of Apache Motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR01EM4411, Engine No. CE7KK2704273 and Chesis No. MD637CE 77K2K04388 of white and blue coloured seized Rajiv Nagar Police on 07.11.2019 at about 08.00 P.M. from Rajiv Nagar Road No.6 in front of Shiv Mandir Lane, which is lying open sky under the custody of District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna for confiscation process."

It is submitted by Mr. Vivek Prasad, learned GP-7 that

In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file revision against the appellate order passed by the appellate authority and if any such revision is filed, within 30 days, the concerned revisional authority shall condone the delay in filing revision petition, as the matter remained pending before this Court and shall decide the revision on merit within 60 days from the date of its filing.
