The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

The complaint case is that all the accused persons got prepared false Aadhar Card showing the age of her grand son Vishnu Kumar as 21 years and managed to get a sale deed executed in her favour on 05.12.2018 from Vishnu Kumar who is said to be a minor, in respect of the land bearing Khata no.551 plot no.1982, Jamabandi no.764 and area 12 dec. which is recorded in the name of the father-in-law of the complainant.

He further submits that it is a case of purely civil in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Divya Shekhar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court in connection with Trial No.2117 of 2019 arising out of Muzaffarpur Complaint Case No. 1538 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
