The writ application seeks a direction upon the respondent(s) to abstain from interfering/causing loss/damage of the land to the petitioner and further to complete the culvert made for Scheduled Caste family of village Babuganj, Panchayat Chandi in the district of Rohtas.

The counsel for the State on instructions submits that the culvert has now been constructed and as such the grievance of the petitioner has substantially been redressed.
