Petitioner seeks bail in Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No.02 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol/Maskat and one live cartridge have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been made accused earlier in any case of Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2019.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
