2. The petitioners seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 374 of 2023 arising out of Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023 lodged under Sections 379/376D, 506 of the I.P.C and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 31.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2717 of 2024 in which liberty was granted to petitioners to renew their prayer for bail three months after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that three months have already been lapsed.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on earlier occasion, Status Report of the present case has been called for.

6. Upon perusal of the Status report, it transpires to this Court that five out of eight witnesses have been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within short period. As such, the bail application of the petitioners are hereby rejected.

7. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
