JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioner and other accused persons came variously armed and there is allegation that petitioner no.1 was armed with country made pistol and assaulted the informant and others and further looted away the articles.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injury report is not available on the record. Heard learned A.P.P. also, it is admitted that injury report is not available on the record.
