The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

The informant alleged that his Hero Honda Passion Pro (Black colour motorcycle) bearing registration no. BR-01BE9301 was stolen away from D/16, P.C. Colony, Kankarbag, Patna. It appears that the petitioner was apprehended with one Akash Kumar @ Ankit and from their possession one Black colour TVS Apache motorcycle bearing registration no. BR04J/9762 was recovered. The stolen motorcycle is Hero Honda Passion Pro and the recovered motorcycle is TVS Apache. The petitioner is in jail since 14.11.2014. He has got no criminal antecedent.
